For over 10 years, I have advised a diverse array of clients on their most significant business and legal matters, including Silicon Valley startups, venture capitalists, private investment funds, multinational firms, non-profit organizations, and international political parties.

I have now opened my own practice, where I work with corporate clients on matters pertaining to equity and debt financing, corporate governance, fund formation, and securities law compliance. I also work closely with many early-stage companies in a GC role, including negotiating commercial contracts, managing employment issues, and advising on a wide range of day-to-day matters.
